This Software is provided by Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) ("Licensor") solely for use in oil & gas project completions management. By accessing or using CompletionsOS you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of this Software.

Subject to these Terms, Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CompletionsOS solely for internal project completions management purposes on projects for which you hold a valid commercial engagement with, or licence from, Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K).

• This licence does not permit sub-licensing, resale, redistribution, or white-labelling of the Software or any derivative thereof.
• Use of the Software on behalf of a third party requires a separate written agreement with Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K).
• The Software may only be used by authorised personnel of the licensed organisation.

All rights, title and interest in and to CompletionsOS — including all source code, ITR checksheet content, inspection references, data structures, visual design, algorithms, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K). These Terms do not convey any ownership interest to you.

• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Software.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, copyright statements, or attribution to Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) within the Software.
• The ITR checksheets, industry-standard references, and completions methodology embedded in this Software constitute proprietary intellectual property of Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K).
• The "Developed by Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K)" attribution must remain visible in all deployed instances.

You may use the Software to manage completions activities on authorised projects. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Use of the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Sharing access credentials or the Software with unauthorised third parties.
• Using the Software to develop a competing product or service.
• Exporting, transmitting, or making available the Software or its output in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.
• Using the Software as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions without independent engineering verification.

• Industry standard references (ASME, API, IEC, ISO, NFPA, DNV, etc.) included in this Software are provided for guidance only. Users must verify applicability against the edition and revision current for their project.
• The Software does not replace statutory inspections, class society surveys, or regulatory approvals.
• Project-specific deviations, concessions, and engineering queries must be resolved through the project's engineering management system.

Project data entered into CompletionsOS remains the property of the project owner / operator. Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) does not collect, store, or transmit any project data entered in this instance of the Software. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate data security, backup, and access controls for all project data managed within the Software.

• You must not enter classified, secret, or legally protected information that you are not authorised to process in this system.
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR, LGPD, etc.) for any personal data entered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this Software — including but not limited to loss of production, project delay, regulatory penalties, or loss of data — even if Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

This licence is effective until terminated. Areussi Software Solutions Pte. Ltd (UEN 202616170K) may terminate your right to use the Software immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and destroy any copies of the Software in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
